Donald Reed

Donald Reed has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and security. Donald currently holds the position of Director IT&S at Twin County Regional Healthcare, Inc since 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Network Security Administrator and Facility Information Security Official at Twin County Regional Hospital starting from 2008. Donald also worked as a Computer Technician at Carroll County Public Schools from 2004 to 2008.

Donald Reed earned a Bachelor of Science in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended New River Community College from 1999 to 2001, focusing on Network and System Administration/Administration. In addition to their degrees, Donald has obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in March 2021, CySA+ Certification from CompTIA in November 2018, ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2018, Security+ Certification from CompTIA in July 2013, A+ Certification from CompTIA in August 2003, Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) from Cisco in November 2019, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in January 2019.
