Praveen Hosur has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Praveen started their career in 1995 at Patheja Forgings and Stampings Ltd., where they worked in the maintenance department before moving to tool room production.
In 1998, Praveen joined Ferrocare Machines Private Limited as a Senior Sales Engineer, responsible for sales, marketing, and service of Electrostatic Oil Super Cleaning Machines. Praveen successfully developed the market in Andhra Pradesh and parts of Karnataka and also worked on developing the service business.
After that, Praveen worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at Festo from 2001 to 2003, and then as an Assistant Manager Project Sales at Grauer & Weil (India) Ltd. from 2003 to 2004.
Praveen's next role was at SEW Eurodrive, where they served as the Branch Manager for 10 years from 2004 to 2014. In this position, they were responsible for developing the market and sales, managing the total business of the region, and leading team development and empowerment.
From 2014 to 2018, Praveen worked as the Country Manager at Dalmec Industrial Manipulators, where they successfully managed the business operations.
Praveen's recent positions include the role of COO at Zimmer Group from 2018 to the present, where they played a crucial role in the overall operations, and their current position as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of Domestic & International Business at Twin Engineers Pvt. Ltd., since 2019.
Overall, Praveen Hosur has a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, business management, and team development, making him a valuable asset to any organization.
Praveen Hosur completed their Secondary School education at K.E. Boards High School in Dharwad from 1985 to 1989. Praveen then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Karnataka University in Dharwad from 1991 to 1995.
