Elaine Molignoni, PHR, IPMA-SCP, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Twin Falls County since June 2001. Prior to this role, Elaine worked as an HR Assistant at ConAgra Foods from 1992 to 2001, gaining foundational expertise in HR practices and operations.
