Currently serving as Managing Director at Twin Farms since May 2013, John has successfully led the property by aligning with the owner's vision and addressing the needs of diverse stakeholders. Previous roles include General Manager positions at The Lake Placid Lodge and The Point, where John facilitated significant developments and ownership transitions. Additional management experience spans various prestigious properties, including The Willcox, Nakoma Resort & Spa, and The Royal Hawaiian Hotel, showcasing a strong track record in enhancing guest experiences and operational excellence. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed the General Manager Program at Cornell University.
