Jacqueline Oughton

Jacqueline Oughton is an experienced leader in the education, employment, and skills sectors, currently serving as Managing Director of Education, Employment, and Skills at Twin Group since November 2023. Oughton is also the Founder of T-CAG, focusing on community and economic regeneration, and holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Trickle Global, a fintech startup. With a strong background in executive roles, Oughton has previously held significant positions at the Shaw Trust, including Managing Director of Education, Justice, and Enterprise, and Chief Corporate Officer. Oughton's earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at Ixion Holdings Ltd and CSV Springboard Trust, as well as undertaking multiple roles in operations and strategic transformation. Oughton is an alumnus of the Cranfield School of Management, having completed a high-performing leaders program in executive leadership, and is a graduate of Sunderland University.
