Blakely Goans

Blakely Goans is a Plant Engineer at Twin Lakes Telephone Co-Op since May 2018 and has also served as an Engineering Apprentice at DP Engineering, LLC since May 2015, focusing on the design of Stormwater and Erosion Control facilities and various regulatory report writing. Previous experience includes an Engineering Internship at the Industrial Assessment Center at Tennessee Tech University, where energy efficiency assessments for manufacturers were conducted, as well as roles at Walmart as an Overnight Stocker, Elk Mountain Construction Co as a Laborer/Operator, and Dairy Queen as a Supervisor. Blakely Goans holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Nashville School of Law.
