K. Scott is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and consulting industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Twin Peaks Restaurants since September 2020 and Managing Member at Gray Consulting Services LLC since April 2020, K. Scott focuses on building a client base. Previously held significant positions at Luby's Inc., including Chief Financial Officer, VP of Finance, and Director of Special Projects FP&A from July 2003 to January 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Internal Audit at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. and Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen's Houston office. K.
