Justin Pratt

Justin Pratt is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as the IT Manager at Twin Rivers Technologies since December 2018, where responsibilities include planning and executing IT strategy, risk management, disaster recovery, and managing the yearly IT budget and KPIs. Previously, Justin held roles as a Computer Systems Analyst and Desktop Support at Lifespan, where ticket resolution and network resource management were key tasks. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Specialist at New England Vision Care Inc., focusing on server and workstation maintenance, as well as troubleshooting technical issues.
