Thomas Gorman

Thomas Gorman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in facilities and utilities management. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at JLL since December 2023, Gorman previously held the position of Utilities Engineer at Twin Rivers Technologies, where responsibilities included managing a utilities plant that supplies steam to a refinery processing animal fats and vegetable oils. Prior experience includes serving as Building Chief Engineer at CBRE, overseeing a team of nine technicians across multiple Boston area buildings, and working as a Boiler Operator at Veolia North America. Thomas Gorman holds a Master's degree in Facilities Management and a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Engineering, both from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
