Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Controller at Russell Construction from January 2012 to June 2016 and served as Accounting Department Manager at the same company from August 1998 to 2011. Susan earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. Ambrose University, where education took place from 1994 to 1996.
