Joy Villa

Joy Villa was honored to join the Twin Tier leadership team in 2021. In her role of Director of Finance & Accounting, she oversees the financial operations at Twin Tier, and manages an incredible team of accounting personnel. As a graduate of Indiana University, Joy brings 40+ years of hospitality experience both domestically and internationally. The hospitality industry continues to be her passion, with each day bringing new challenges, opportunities for learning and lots of fun.
