Ben Dolson

Ben Dolson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ben is currently the Director of Clinical Performance and Innovation at Twin Health, where they lead organizational KPIs focused on care delivery improvements and innovation. Prior to that, Ben worked at One Medical, where they held various roles including Interim Director of Performance Innovation and Service Design, Senior Manager of Strategic Operations, and Manager of Membership Advisors. During their time at One Medical, Ben played a key role in leading cross-functional workshops, improving operational workflows, and implementing performance management systems. Before joining One Medical, Ben worked at Columbia University Medical Center, where they served as Division Administrator and Division Manager, among other roles. Additionally, they have experience at YAI as a Senior Marketing Representative and Job Developer, as well as research experience at the University of Michigan.

Ben Dolson obtained a Master's Degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. In addition, Ben Dolson has obtained certifications in AI for Product Management and Product Management Basics from Pendo.io, as well as a certification in Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO.
