Dr.vaishnavi Reddy

Dr. Vaishnavi Reddy has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Dr.Vaishnavi is currently the Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Twin Health, where they lead a team of doctors and focuses on clinical outcomes, member experience, digital health, and business strategy. Prior to this, they worked at Aster DM Healthcare as the Head of Quality for Aster@Home, where they played a key role in initiating and delivering home care services across different locations in India. Dr.Vaishnavi formulated policies and protocols and led the first Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation for home care. Before that, Dr. Reddy held managerial positions at Portea, where they were responsible for quality and process improvement. Dr.Vaishnavi also gained experience in operations and customer success at Columbia Asia Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. and started their career as a medical graduate in a private medical clinic.

Dr. Vaishnavi Reddy completed their GHME degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a PGDHM in hospital and health care management from IIHMR -B from 2011 to 2013. Dr. Reddy also attended Narayana Medical College, Nellore from 2003 to 2007.
