Emily Callaghan

Emily Callaghan is a skilled professional with diverse experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Twincraft Skincare since February 2024, Emily previously held the position of Customer Success Specialist at Relay from May 2023 to February 2024. Prior to that, Emily was a Customer Success Trainer at SPS Commerce and spent over two years at Widewail as both an Onboarding and Support Specialist and a Review Response Specialist. Emily's career began at the University of Vermont College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, where a role as Teaching Assistant provided foundational experience. Emily holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Systems, Nutrition and Food Science, and Community Development and Applied Economics from the University of Vermont.
