Joel Marquardt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As President and Chief Operating Officer at Twincraft Skincare since 2013, Joel has demonstrated a strong ability to guide company operations. Prior to this, Joel held a position focused on Organizational Leadership at Alto-Shaam, Inc. from 2006 to 2013, and managed operations at MPE-INC from 2001 to 2005. Joel began a career in production supervision at Strattec Security Corporation, where Joel worked from 1996 to 2001. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Development from Marquette University.

Our capabilities in liquid skincare products have expanded in recent years to include a full range of products, from water-thin serums, creamy cleansers and clay masks, to thick body butters, as well as natural deodorants and other hot pour products. The formulations are developed through a natural lens, with conventional, clean, and certified natural options for our customers.
