Lisa Ashley is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Generalist at Twincraft Skincare, a position held since June 2016 following promotion from People Center Generalist. In this role, responsibilities include administration of HR functions, payroll processing, HRIS management, benefit enrollment, leave management, recruitment initiatives, and workers compensation management. Prior experience includes roles at Champlain College, where Lisa worked as an Admissions Senior Intern and Admissions Operations, managing prospective student engagement and data entry. Additional experience includes a temporary position as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Accounting and a Specialization in Human Resources from Champlain College, complemented by an international experience in Dublin.
