Ryan Deschaine has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ryan currently serves as the Director of Innovation at Twinify Technologies, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Atonix Digital, a Black & Veatch company. From 2007 to 2020, Ryan worked as a Chief Solutions Architect, playing a key role in the development of the ASSET360 platform. Ryan also served as a Senior Sales Engineer, Director of User Experience, and Senior Product Owner/Product Manager during their tenure at Atonix Digital.

Before their time at Atonix Digital, Ryan co-owned Branches & Twigs Event Floral Design from 2001 to 2020. In this role, they managed the back end operations and implemented marketing strategies for the business.

Ryan's early career includes roles as a Business Analyst at Black & Veatch from 2009 to 2012, where they documented business requirements and helped improve processes. Ryan also worked as a Data Scientist and Mechanical Engineer at Black & Veatch from 1998 to 2002, where they analyzed data and provided engineering calculations for various industries.

Prior to their time at Black & Veatch, Ryan served as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Cessna Aircraft Company in 1997 and as a Graphic Designer at CREATIVE DESIGN TEES, INC. from 1993 to 1997. Ryan also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at R.M. TAYLOR, LLC in 1996, where they focused on machine design and CAD.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in innovation, platform development, user experience, sales, product management, engineering, and design.

Ryan Deschaine attended The University of Kansas and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1999.
