Prior to this role, Loughlin held significant positions at Hill's Pet Nutrition, including Associate Director Finance for Europe and Financial Controller for the UK & Ireland, where responsibilities included regional management integration and financial oversight. Additional experience includes finance management roles at Colgate Palmolive in Africa, the Middle East, and Russia, as well as a foundation in auditing at KPMG Ireland.
