Boris Stein

Dr. Boris Stein is a materials scientist, consulting engineer and educator with extensive experience in cementitious based materials, concrete technology and construction. Boris holds fifteens certificates on inventions and patents and is the author and coauthor of numerous technical publications and books. He has contributed to the development and implementation of special concretes for fast track construction and the rehabilitation of concrete pavements, concretes with industrial by-products and waste materials, processes of manufacturing of precast concrete, and more. Boris leads work performed by Twining in the areas of concrete technology, evaluation of materials for concrete, rigid pavements, investigation of concrete in existing structures, and engineering of cementitious based materials.
