Jean-Romain Beral has a diverse work experience in supply chain and logistics management. jean-romain is currently the Head of Supply Chain & Performance at Twinings & Co since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Logistics (ManCom) at HEINEKEN France from September 2017 to January 2021. Before that, they worked as the Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager (Global) at St Hubert from May 2013 to September 2017. jean-romain'searlier roles include being a Packaging & POS Materials Purchasing Manager Europe at BIC from April 2011 to April 2013, a Supply Planning Manager at BIC from November 2008 to June 2011, and a Copacking Flow Coordinator EMEA at BIC from January 2007 to October 2008. jean-romain also has previous experience at L'Oréal, Thales Engineering and Consulting SA, and Dealpartners Network.
Jean-Romain Beral has a diverse educational background with a focus on supply chain management and food industry quality management. In 1997 to 1999, they attended Lycée Fénelon CPGE (Paris 6), where they completed Classes Préparatoires BCPST 1 & 2. From 1999 to 2002, they studied at AgroParisTech and obtained a degree in Ingénieur ENSIA, with a specialization in Food Industry and Total Quality Management. In 2003 to 2004, they pursued an MS degree in International Supply Chain Management (MIL) from ESSEC Business School. In 2009, Jean-Romain Beral obtained a CPIM certification in Supply Chain from APICS The Association for Operations Management.
