Claire Golding Lewis

Claire Golding Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Claire'smost recent position was as the Human Resources Director at Twinings North America starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Twinings from 2020 to 2023, where they focused on culture, manager capability, and organizational effectiveness. At Shell, Claire held multiple roles, including HR Consultant from 2019 to 2020, where they provided change management support and facilitated training in Outward Mindset. Claire also worked as the Team Leader, HR Advisor in Services from 2017 to 2020, leading a team and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives.
