Stephanie Foster Berez

Stephanie Foster Berez has over 20 years of work experience in various marketing roles. Stephanie is currently the VP of Marketing, North America at Twinings North America, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Stephanie was the Founder & Executive Strategist at Heart of Why™ Marketing LLC from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they provided strategic counsel to brands and businesses and worked with partners such as pregnantish and Champ. Before starting their own company, Stephanie worked at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. as Director of Marketing from 2017 to 2020, where they had P&L responsibility for multiple brands and led a team of 11 marketers. Stephanie also held various other roles at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., including Group Brand Manager, Group Brand Manager of Innovation, Brand Manager Innovation, and Brand Manager. Stephanie's earlier experience includes positions at Cadbury Adams as Brand Manager, Associate Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, and roles in demand planning, logistics, customer marketing analysis, strategic planning, and sales at various companies.

Stephanie Foster Berez completed their high school education at Syosset High School, earning a high school diploma in 1997. Subsequently, they attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. In 2001, they also briefly studied at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth through the Tuck Business Bridge program. Later, from 2004 to 2006, Stephanie pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing at Seton Hall University.
