Helen King has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 with a role as a Section Manager at John Lewis, where they managed multiple departments and led a team to achieve branch goals. In 2013, they transitioned to John Lewis Financial Services as a Regional Development Advisor, where they provided support and coaching to branches in matters related to financial services. Helen then became a Customer Experience Manager in 2015, where they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention in claims. Most recently, they joined Twinkl Educational Publishing in 2019 as the Head of Customer Experience.

From 2004 to 2006, Helen King attended Sheffield Hallam University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General.
