Mandy Hall

Mandy Hall is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing operations and sales. Currently serving as Head of Marketing Operations at TwinSpires since June 2021, Mandy has previously held multiple positions within the same organization, including Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, CRM Operations Manager, and CRM Marketing Associate. Prior to TwinSpires, Mandy worked as an Account Executive at Waystar and gained significant experience in sales roles at 21c Museum Hotels, where titles included Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Coordinator. Mandy's early career included a marketing assistant role at Maysville Community and Technical College and Hughes and Coleman Injury Law Firm. Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Cumberlands and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
