Joaquin Gutierrez Lantero has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Joaquin is currently the Head of Sales at Twinstake, a leader in blockchain services. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Institutional Sales at Trakx, where they raised assets for thematic and smart beta crypto indices and explored distribution partnerships. Joaquin also served as the Head of Iberia Equity Derivatives Sales at BNP Paribas, where they developed institutional franchises and expanded distribution. Joaquin has held similar roles at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, where they built up equity derivatives franchises and sourced strategic opportunities. Joaquin started their career at Nomura and LEHMAN BROTHERS INC in equity derivatives sales roles.

Joaquin Gutierrez Lantero completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2001-2004. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2004-2005. Following this, Joaquin obtained a Master's degree in Quantiative Finance & Risk Management from Università Bocconi in 2005-2006.
