Lorenz Hehlen

Lorenz Hehlen is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in telecom and IT service management. Currently serving as Lead IT Service Manager at TWINT since August 2021, Lorenz has previously held the role of Engineering Telecom at SBB CFF FFS from December 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, Lorenz worked at Swisscom for over a decade, where responsibilities included Head of Test Engineering for Transport & Wireless and ICT Test Engineer, focusing on Wireless Access testing. Lorenz began a career in system engineering at Siemens, testing Mobile GSM/UMTS from January 2001 to November 2007. Lorenz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from TSBE Telematikschule Bern HF, completed in 2003.
