Mermans Pieter-Jan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and management, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Junction Growth Investors since August 2022. Mermans focuses on sustainable growth equity investments in European SMEs and scale-ups essential to the energy transition. Additionally, Mermans holds positions as a Non-Executive Board Member at Twintag and as the Owner of NetZero BV. Mermans is also a member of the Advisory Board for Scone, a platform aimed at reducing carbon footprints through innovative technology. Prior experiences include key roles at Centrica, where Mermans was Director of Optimisation and part of the Executive Committee, and co-CEO of REstore, which transitioned from a startup to a leader in demand response solutions.
