Aaron Campbell

Aaron Campbell is a seasoned professional in laboratory operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Laboratory Operations at Twist Bioscience since August 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Site Operations Lead at Invitae from September 2020 to February 2023, overseeing molecular assay validations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards at the North Carolina site, and driving operational continuity and optimization at the Irvine laboratory. His earlier experience at Ambry Genetics, from September 2012 to September 2020, included roles as Laboratory Supervisor and Lead Technologist, where Aaron contributed to process improvements and performed advanced genomic assays. Aaron is pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside.
