Bernadette S. Arias

Bernadette S. Arias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management, currently serving as Director of Customer Support for AMER & APAC at Twist Bioscience since July 2015, where previous roles included Senior Manager and Customer Service Manager. With prior experience as Consumer Customer Service Manager at Peet's Coffee & Tea and as Customer Service Manager at Powis Parker, Inc., Bernadette has a strong track record in developing training programs, managing customer service teams, and improving operational efficiencies.
