Danny Antaki

Danny Antaki is a seasoned bioinformatics and data scientist with extensive experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and synthetic biology applications. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist and Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Twist Bioscience since February 2021, Danny focuses on research and development in these fields. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Scholar at UC San Diego, where research centered on genetics and neuroscience in the Gleeson Lab, along with a PhD in Biomedical Sciences specializing in Genetics from the same institution. Danny completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Purdue University in 2013.
