Hannah Melnicoe

Hannah Melnicoe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, research, and project management. Currently serving as a Sr HR Support Specialist at Twist Bioscience since May 2022, Melnicoe has previously held roles including HR Specialist and Payroll Specialist. At Pivot Learning, Melnicoe excelled as a Senior Program Manager, managing a research team and contributing significantly to various research projects. Melnicoe’s background includes research support at UC Berkeley, where support was provided to Professor David Kirp, and various analytical roles in organizations such as Education Pioneers and Marin Promise Partnership. Melnicoe's earlier experiences include a non-profit leadership fellowship through AmeriCorps and positions in program coordination and policy analysis. Melnicoe holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago.
