Founded in 1998, Twisters has grown to over 20 locations centralized in New Mexico expanding into Southern Colorado with 2 restaurants! Our mission is to share the Flavor of New Mexico. With partners like Hatch Chile and Taos Hum Hot Sauce it’s impossible not to. Twisters is a fast casual dining experience with New Mexican specialties made with our famous red & green chile. We have other tasty treats like The Renegade Burger or Crispy Boneless Wings! We can satisfy any craving. We do catering too. We are a proud partner of the Rio Grande Food Project.
