Rafał Szczech

Rafał Szczech has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rafał is currently working as a UX Product Lead at Twisto, A Zip Company since July 2022. Previously, they worked at BillTech as a Senior Product Manager from April 2021 to July 2022, and as a Product Manager from April 2020 to March 2021. At BillTech, they developed FinTech products and managed the white-label model. Rafał also played a significant role in promoting and improving the Consulting Club as the Vicepresident for Marketing and HR from July 2016 to January 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Digital Consultant and Digital Consultant at Startup Development House from January 2019 to March 2020 and from September 2017 to December 2018 respectively. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Junior Project Manager at eStoreMedia from July 2016 to April 2017 and at Clipatize in May 2016. Rafał also served as an Innovation Team Member at Aviva from March 2015 to September 2015 and worked as an Intern at PwC Polska in July 2015. Throughout their career, Rafał Szczech has demonstrated their ability to excel in product management, digital consulting, project management, and marketing roles.

Rafał Szczech completed their Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2014 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in E-business from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which they obtained in 2019.

Additionally, Rafał Szczech obtained a Certificate in Project Management from EY in December 2015.
