Kamilla Söderquist

Kamilla Söderquist's work experience includes various roles in the field of human resources and payroll. Kamilla is currently working as an HR Manager at Twistshake of Sweden since January 2021. Prior to that, from May 2019 to January 2021, they worked as a Payroll Consultant at PayRule. In 2019, they also worked as a Payroll Specialist at INDISKA from January to April.

Before that, Kamilla worked at First Reserve as an Implementation Consultant from January 2018 to December 2018, as a Payroll Consultant from August 2017 to December 2017, and as a Payroll Consultant from August 2016 to July 2017. Kamilla also worked at Siemens as a Payroll Specialist through First Reserve AB from November 2015 to August 2016.

Kamilla's earlier experience includes working as a Subject Matter Expert at NGA Human Resources, an Alight company, from February 2015 to November 2015.

Kamilla Söderquist has a diverse education background with a focus on law and specialist skills in salary management. In 2010, they completed a Juridisk översiktskurs (Legal Overview Course) at Uppsala University. Moving forward, in 2012, they pursued an Arbetsrättskurs (Labor Law Course) at Gotland University. Later, from 2013 to 2015, Kamilla attended Iterum AB, where they specialized in Lönespecialist (Salary Specialist) training.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Kamilla Söderquist obtained the certification of Auktoriserad Lönekonsult (Authorized Salary Consultant) from Srf konsulterna in December 2018.
