Linda Liu

Linda Liu is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in applied science and machine learning. Currently serving as a Senior Applied Scientist at Twitch since October 2020, Linda previously held the position of Senior Data Scientist at Twitter from August 2017 to October 2020, focusing on user safety. Prior roles include Data Scientist Intern at Convergence Investment Management, where responsibilities involved designing machine-learning models and anomaly detection systems, and a Student Researcher at both the Laboratory for Laser Energetics and Forschungszentrum Jülich, contributing to advanced research projects. Linda Liu holds a Master’s Degree in Analytics from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
