Doug Mill

Doug Mill is an experienced technology leader and software engineer with a strong background in web development and data engineering. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at CastMetrics.ai, Doug oversees engineering and data teams to create analytical products for the sports partnership industry. As a Software Engineering Consultant at Modus Software, Doug assists companies in developing MVP software products and scaling technology. Doug's previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at Instacart, where backend infrastructure for recommendations was owned, and Lead/Senior Developer at Blackbird Studios, focusing on client-driven software development. Doug also co-founded Empiri and has a diverse range of experience in various technology and research roles, including a background in neuroscience from UCLA.
