Ricardo Puentes-Hines

Ricardo Puentes-Hines has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Ricardo began their career at The Walt Disney Company in 2011, where they worked as a Guest Relations Lead and VIP Tour Guide until 2016. Following this, they joined Universal Studios Hollywood as a Project Coordinator for a year. In 2017, they started working at Segerstrom Center for the Arts as a Box Office Supervisor, a position they held until 2020. Currently, they are employed at Two Bit Circus as an Entertainment Manager.

Ricardo Puentes-Hines has pursued a diverse educational background in the field of arts and design. Ricardo attended Citrus College from an unspecified start year to 2012, focusing on Visual and Performing Arts. Following this, Ricardo enrolled at the University of Phoenix, where they studied Business Administration and Management until 2019. Currently, they are attending the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (RMCAD) and is expected to complete their studies in Illustrative Design in 2022.
