Jermaine Hawthorne

Jermaine Hawthorne is the co-owner of Two Caring Hands, a in-home healthcare agency that specializes in skilled, non-skilled nursing services for adults. Jermaine has been with the company since February 2015 and has helped to improve admission rates by partnering with discharge planners and case managers.

Prior to their current position, Hawthorne worked as a systems engineer for General Dynamics Mission Systems and CSRA Inc. Jermaine was also the lead engineer for BOSH Global Services, where they implemented and administered virtualization solutions utilizing VMware.

Hawthorne has a wealth of experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise systems, networking, and security. Jermaine is highly skilled in configuring and maintaining NAS architectures, data stores, backups, and security configurations. Jermaine also has experience in managing Cisco switching and routing devices, Active Directory sites and services, and cryptography configurations.

Jermaine Hawthorne holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Oral Roberts University and a Diploma from St. Martin High.
