Michelle Burman

Michelle Burman is a seasoned talent management professional with a comprehensive background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Manager at Two Circles since October 2024, Michelle previously held various roles including Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Omnicom Health Group, the largest healthcare marketing and communications network globally, from January 2022 to October 2024. Michelle's experience also includes positions as Talent Acquisition Specialist and Coordinator at Medical Knowledge Group from September 2020 to January 2022, and an internship in Human Resources at Movado Group, Inc. from May 2019 to March 2020. An alumnus of Montclair State University, Michelle earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management between 2016 and 2020.
