Nicolette Coley

Nicolette Coley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicolette is currently working at Two Labs as the Director of Contracts and Proposals starting from January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Advarra for a significant duration, starting as a Manager of Contracts and Proposals in August 2017 and progressing to Senior Manager and eventually Associate Director. In their role at Advarra, Nicolette led a team responsible for managing pre-award and contractual documentation, as well as handling M&A activities. Nicolette also identified process improvement opportunities and implemented new tools. Before Advarra, Nicolette was a Project Coordinator at Cato Research from September 2016 to August 2017, where they played a crucial role in project communication and document management. Nicolette started their career at LabCorp, where they worked as a Technologist from September 2012 to November 2015 and later as a Research Scientist from November 2015 to September 2016.

Nicolette Coley completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Nicolette attended this institution from 2008 to 2012. Currently, Nicolette is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Nicolette began this program in 2021 and is expected to complete it in 2024.
