Faedah Hendricks is a results-driven finance leader with extensive experience in executive roles focused on strategic development, operational establishment, and business growth. Currently serving as Chief Financial and Operations Officer at NEXT176, Faedah previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Two Mountains Group and various leadership roles at Old Mutual Limited, including Head of Old Mutual Funeral Services and Head of Finance for the Mass Foundation Cluster. With a strong foundation in financial management, cost optimization, and process efficiency, Faedah has a proven track record in driving business expansion and improving profitability. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, a GMP from GIBS Business School, and a CA(SA) designation, among others.
