Frank Garigliano has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Frank started their career at Ohio University as a Personal Fitness Training Manager, where they organized and coordinated fitness programs and trained new personal trainers. In 2013, they worked as an Engineer's Assistant at Penguin Maintenance and Service, where they assisted with the operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment and building systems. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Maintenance Manager and Instructor at Fairfield Ice Academy, where they managed facility cleanliness and safety while also coaching beginner athletes in ice skating and ice hockey. Since 2014, they have been with Two Roads Brewing Company, initially working as a Shift Brewer and eventually transitioning to Brewing Manager. In this role, they strategize brewing operations, producing a variety of alcoholic beverages, including beer, hard seltzers, hard teas, canned cocktails, and distilled spirits. Throughout their career, Garigliano has shown strong leadership and problem-solving skills, contributing to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.
Frank Garigliano earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Joel Barlow High School from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Frank Garigliano also holds additional certifications including a Universal Technician of Refrigerant Transition and Recovery from Pennsylvania College of Technology, obtained in March 2013, and a Refrigerating System Operating Engineer certification from the City of New York, obtained in September 2013.
