Michael Szymanski

Michael Szymanski is currently a Principal at Two Roads Consulting, providing commercialization and innovation advice to select Cornell Engineering projects. With a background in strategic consulting at various companies like Thought Ensemble and Deloitte, Michael focuses on technology strategy and innovation to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Prior experiences include roles as a Team Leader at Caterpillar and USC Marshall International Case Competitions, and as a Corporate Industrial Engineering Associate at Sears Holdings Corporation. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
