Mike Cuthbertson

Mike Cuthbertson is the Managing Director and Vice President of Two Roads Hospitality. Mike has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in resorts and hotels. Prior to their current position, Mike was the Managing Director of Development for Hawaiian Islands at Timbers Resorts, where they oversaw the development of new resort properties. Mike has also held the position of Director of Asset Management / Project Director for New Resort Aquisitions and Real Estate Sales Manager at Timbers Resorts.

Mike began their career in hospitality at Hyatt Residence Club, where they worked as a Real Estate Sales Manager for four years. Mike then went on to work as a Sales Operations Manager for Playground Destination Properties before becoming a Resort Manager / Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Island Outpost: The Tides Hotel & The Marlin Hotel.

In addition to their experience in the hospitality industry, Mike is also a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and the owner of CI Solutions, a company that provides customer intelligence and CRM tools for real estate professionals.

Mike Cuthbertson's educational career includes a certification from the University of Washington, a certification from Everett Community College, and certifications from EcoBroker International and the Colorado Department of Real Estate.

Lisa Carson - Director of Villa Operations, Dave Dreisch - General Manager, and Brandt Bennett - Guest Services Manager report to Mike Cuthbertson.
