Akshay K.

Akshay K. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and quantitative analysis in the finance sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Two Sigma since August 2007, Akshay focuses on research initiatives. Prior to this role, Akshay worked as a Quantitative Research Associate at JPMorgan Chase for a brief period in July and August 2007, concentrating on the flow foreign exchange desk. Early career experience includes an internship at IBM TJ Watson Research Lab in May 2004. Akshay holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
