Ashley Babinecz

Ashley Babinecz is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership coaching. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and HR Business Partner at Two Sigma since December 2018, Ashley has held multiple leadership positions within the company, including Head of Engineering Recruiting and Head of Corporate Recruiting. Prior to this, significant roles were held at AppNexus where Ashley advanced from Senior Manager to Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Experience also includes positions at TransPerfect and Global Employment Solutions, where Ashley focused on recruiting and account management. In addition to corporate roles, Ashley is currently a Leadership and Career Coach at WaterLily Coaching. Ashley holds a Columbia University Coaching Certification in Executive/Leadership and Career Coaching, a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from Lafayette College.
