Claudia Perlich

Claudia Perlich is an accomplished data scientist currently working at Two Sigma since January 2018. In addition, Claudia serves on the Board of Advisors for TechAid and as an External Advisory Board Member at the NYU Center for Data Science, both since May 2023. Claudia also holds positions as a Steering Committee Member of the AI for Good Foundation and an Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern School of Business, where instruction focuses on Business Intelligence and Data Mining for the MBA program. Other notable engagements include membership on the Computer Science Industry Advisory Board at Yeshiva University, advisory roles at z-inspection.org and Data & Society Research Institute, and a position as a Board Member of the ACM SIGKDD Executive Committee. Claudia's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Information Systems from NYU Stern, a Diplom in Computer Science from Technische Universität Darmstadt, and multiple master's degrees in Computer Science and Management Information Systems from University of Colorado Boulder and New York University, respectively.
