Randi Joslyn

Randi Joslyn currently serves as the Head of End User Services & Technology at Two Sigma, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Randi was the Head of Collaboration Tech and End User Support at Point72, where responsibilities included overseeing collaboration technologies and ensuring exceptional user support. Randi's extensive experience includes serving as Executive Director for Colleague Collaboration at CVS Health, where Randi focused on enhancing the employee experience for over 300,000 staff members, and as Executive Director of Digital Workplace at Raytheon Technologies, impacting over 200,000 users. Previous roles also include Vice President of Digital Workplace at Capital One and Director of Technology Digital Workplace at Fannie Mae. Randi began a career in technology consulting as a Senior Partner at The DLC Group, Inc. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Georgetown University, along with an MLitt from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Georgetown University.
