Scott Grabarski

Scott Grabarski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. As Managing Director in two distinct roles at Two Sigma, Scott oversees business management and serves as Chief of Staff in the Office of the CTO, alongside leading engineering HR and talent acquisition. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at GE Digital, where Scott was responsible for HR M&A integration and global HR business partnerships. At GE Healthcare, Scott advanced through various leadership roles, focusing on executive and talent development across Latin America.
