Todd Bucello

Todd Bucello is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in quantitative research, trading, and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Quantitative Research and Trading Recruiting at Two Sigma since July 2017, Bucello leads talent acquisition efforts for Investment Management and Securities businesses. Prior to this role, Bucello worked at Bloomberg LP from April 2014 to July 2017, where responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies as Head of Americas Recruitment and managing senior hire recruitment for the Engineering organization. From June 2007 to April 2014, Bucello held the position of Vice President of Experienced Hire Recruiting Technology at Goldman Sachs, overseeing global talent acquisition for the Technology Division. Bucello holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
